Mark Porcelli has worked within the Engineering Services sector for over 30 years and has built up a diverse range of disciplines and skills in the industry. It is this level of experience that gives Mark a superb vantage point from which to oversee every aspect of successful project management, from planning support and quantity surveying, to preconstruction design and procurement.

Having begun his career as an electrician, Mark quickly rose through the management ranks at one of the UK’s leading M&E contractors, eventually becoming Operations Director.

Mark has been extensively involved with the development of a number of major projects across Scotland, including the Aberdeen Royal Infirmary Emergency Care Centre, the BBC Headquarters, and the Edinburgh International Conference Centre, the success of which was largely due to Mark’s extensive capabilities.

As director of Xpedite, Mark works closely with every client to ensure their specific project requirements are catered to, either assuming leadership of individual aspects or working in tandem with existing consultants or contractors to ensure your projects are successfully delivered.
